Mô tả công việc

- Being a key point of contact of the residences/hotel for the guests through out their stays. Providing the smooth and professional service at each interaction with guests.
- Assisting the guests to complete personalized check-in and check-out by following the property standard.
-Required to provide positive impression to the guests to exceed their expectation.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree or diploma in hospitality management or other related field.Minimum of 1 year Receptionist experience in 5 or 4 stars hotel or residence background
- Exhibit excellent knowledge of customer service
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
