Mô tả công việc

 JOB DESCRIPTION

 Responsibilities of supervising all front of house and back of house operations of the restaurant

 Perform restaurant opening and closing activities and organize management of repair and maintenance issues

 Collaborate with manager to review all employee performance and provide training to increase all performance and monitor all guest requests efficiently to achieve all customer objectives

 Interview, hire and train new employees to work in different positions at the restaurant and promoting employees in an organization.

 Engage customers is positive dialogue to ensure return business and take and resolve any complaints from them

 Assist restaurant managements in developing and implementing core business

 Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

 Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed

 Scheduling Work and Activities of staffs - scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.

 Monthly & yearly reports to Management

 Other tasks concerning the day-to-day operations and support to other departments if need

 JOB REQUIREMENT

 At least 1,5 years experience in similar position in hospitality

 F&B knowledge is a must, especially Western cuisine.

 Must have great communication skills and be able to work a multicultural team

 Must have a possitive attitude and flexible schedule to work AMs or PMs, weekends and holidays

 Self- confident, ambitious,be careful, honest, agile and capable management and organization work
