Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for handling telephone enquiries, accepting reservation and the subsequent input in the computer system.

- Work closely with all Front Office and Sales & Marketing, providing lead advice and constant "feedback" concerning both enquiries and firm reservation.

- Background in hospitality

- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field
