Mô tả công việc
- Reporting to the General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager, your main mission will be developing strategies aligned with the Meliá Brand and ensuring to provide an excellent customer experiences through the resort product, Meliá concepts, and services.
- You will create unforgettable experiences for our guests. You will also be responsible for promoting the continual improvement of quality results, standardization and customer services, thus contributing to the economic and quality results in Meliá Danang Beach Resort.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficiency in English, plus fluency in Korean is an advantage.
- Minimum experiences of 2 years working inMeliá Hotels International orother international Hotels/Resorts
- Proven work experiences in GEX, or Operations Departments.
- University diploma /Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant fields.
- Good knowledge of the office package.
- Knowledge of Customer experience tools will be highly valued (ReviewPro).
- Strong leadership and communications skills.
- Strategic vision, quality and professionalism, proactivity for excellence, strong communication and influence, analytical thinking, service orientation and teamwork.
