Mô tả công việc

- To be responsible for the implementation of security policies and procedures under the direction of the RDM.

- Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and training of Security personnel.

- Assist the RDM with the overall planning, organizing, and co-ordination of security activities in the resort.

- Counsel security employees as required.

- Complete written reports such as security logs, attendance report, incident report, security equipment report, fire equipment report, and other reports as required by RDM.

- Constant observation and patrolling al all assets and report any discrepancies noted.

- Combine with RDM to handle all unusual guest or employee problem, i.e. disorderly conduct, theft, death, fire or safety hazards, employee or guest accident, robberies, employee dishonesty etc.

- Coordinate activities of shift personnel.

- Perform functions of RDM as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

-Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of security management experience preferably in a luxury hotel or high rise setting.

-Fire Safety License mandatory.

- Ability to provide strategic leadership and guidance to a team is required.

-Qualified candidates will also have the following: strong interpersonal and communication skills (including electronic communication), strong leadership skills, strong critical thinking, complex problem solving skills, and be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
