• Ensuring that compliance is maintained within the applicable requirements within the specific area of responsibility in the airport
• Making sure all maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumping facilities in the airport is carried out on time and conforms to the approved standards
• Arranging the training requirements of maintenance personnel
• Establishing the maintenance budget for the department.
• Monitoring maintenance contractors employed by the Company and checking that they meet the required standards
• Develop the maintenance programme as input to the Company annual business plan, to include specific, measureable objectives, targets and initiatives to support delivery of the business strategy in the light of your research and assessment of future maintenance needs. Propose associated maintenance resource requirements and budgets.
• Plan, coordinate, direct and oversee maintenance work performed by the internal maintenance team and by external contract maintenance providers, to ensure all customer contract requirements and regulatory requirements are met or exceeded.
• Establish and modify maintenance policies, processes and procedures as required to optimise the delivery of maintenance.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement of maintenance operations, decreasing cycle time and streamlining work processes.
• Ensure adherence to and improvement of safety and compliance policies and procedures and protection of customer aircraft.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Have university/ higher degree in Engineering
• Proven working experiences in MEP operation management. Experiences in MEP operation management of airport is priority.
• At least 7 years working experiences in the same role
• Excellent organization, operation skills.
