Basic Functions:
Responsible for the effective and efficient design and deployment of marketing, branding and PR strategies for all business units (2 hotels, a hostel and a destination with tourist facilities) while meeting and exceeding expectations managing and developing a team of 5-10 members. Maintain and grow marketing partners and press relationships while developing new ones, coordinate product and partnership programs as well as PR-provider partnership and ensure that top brand identity and an/offline channels exposure is maximixed. The Cluster Sr. Marcom Manager will look after marketing initiatives for Novotel Halong Bay, M-Gallery Yen Tu and the Yen Tu destination hosting this M-Gallery along with a marketing and PR team under direct supervision and alongside many other teams, while based in the Cluster Sales & Markeritng office in Hanoi.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Works alongside DOSM to develop the overall cluster marketign strategy that integrates all business units and maximises business synergy among and between them.
2. Update and maintain all business units’ social media channels with the latest, most vibrant and visually appealing information.
3. Prepare, edit and issue all periodic communications required by the Novotel and M-Gallery brand standards including newsletters, social media postings, etc.
4. Design, organize logistics, launch, execute and tally results of seasonal promotions, initiatives, packages, etc for all business units, hotel and non-hotel alike.
5. Develop and maintain highly descriptive and professional content in Vietnamese and in English for all on/offline channels ensuring exposure is maximised and brand identity is constantly evelated.
6. Develop and maintain profitable product and programs partnerships that cater to all business units together and independantly.
7. Prepares weekly and monthly reports on the marketing and PR performance of all units.
8. Leads design and execution of onsite business units marketing and PR activities such as photoshoots, press conferences, summer, holiday and Christmas activities, etc.
9. Ensures quality of design and content for all printed collaterals and gifts with a team of 1-2 designers while working with suppliers of printing services and corporate gifts and managing the final outcome.
