Mô tả công việc

- Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known in the

absence of Manager/Tổ chức các cuộc họp để đảm bảo hoạt động của outlet tại khách sạn và đáp ứng

các nhu cầu chung ngay cả khi người lãnh đạo vắng mặt.

- Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost./ Giảm thiểu chất thải và duy trì kiểm

soát để đạt được dự báo chi phí thực phẩm.

- Maintain sanitation standards in the food prep areas that meet the state and local Health Board

inspection and resort requirements./ Duy trì các tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh trong các khu vực chuẩn bị thực phẩm

đáp ứng yêu cầu về kiểm tra và nghỉ mát của tiểu bang và địa phương.

- Ensure that all butchering equipment, including but not limited to countertops, cutting boards,

sharpeners, etc., is in proper operational condition and is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis./ Đảm

bảo rằng tất cả các dụng cụ cần thiết để giao nhận và cất giữ hàng, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn bàn,

dụng cụ cắt, máy làm mài, vv, có quy trình hoạt động thích hợp và được làm sạch và khử trùng một cách

thường xuyên.

- Butchery/ Gọi và kiểm hàng.

Required Skills –

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Able to read and write English

Qualifications –

High School or Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage Production or equivalent

Experience –

1 year experience in F&B Production or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
