-  Manages the operation of the Receptionist including operating hours, schedules of play, tee times, guest greeting and sales of pro shop merchandise

-  Coordinates the hiring and training of all Receptionist staff.

-  Trains all golf reception staff in highest reception service standards. Follow up and re-train as necessary.

-  Manages and supervises all Receptionist staff in a disciplined and structured environment, makes sure they conform to the company policy

-  Disciplines each Receptionist staff as and when required.

-  Prepares and assigns daily working schedules and programs for Receptionists and Assistants and reports to the Golf Manager.

-  Establishes relationships with guests to promote club programs.

-  Provides and reserves tee time bookings for individual guests and insures the availability of equipment and services required.

-  Provides quality services to all guests regarding reception & golf shop matter.

-  Greets and assists guests as they arrive before play.

o Works closely with the Operations team on all golf related activities including tee time bookings, cart and caddie allocation.

-  Makes sure the front area is well-presented at all times and all guests receive prompt and cordial attention from guest relation staff.

-  Works with Golf Manager to set up operating guidelines for the golf shop including merchandise sales, golf program and pro shop operations.

-  Works with Golf Manager and Accountant regarding revenue, expenses, budgets, gross profit margins, mark-up and inventory.

-  Equips Golf Shop with golf merchandise and sportswear.

-  Establishes control of receipts received from the sale of merchandise of all kinds and golf programs.

-  Monitors stock levels & coordinates with Golf Manager to order if any stock items are low level stock.

o Supervises daily and monthly Golf shop inventory to make sure the balance

-  Makes sure both golf shop at CLH and DR are well displayed at all time

-  Assists the Golf Manager in dealing with suppliers and controlling orders, min and max par update, shop revenue and commission.

-  Is responsible for all HR administration requirements for Receptionist team including working schedule, attendance and commission record, annual, compensation and sick leave and submits to the Golf Manager

-  Is responsible to ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reports are sent timely and accurately either by herself or her assistants.

-  Resolves customer complaints.

-  Ensures frequent “checks and balances” including reconciliation at end of shift and end of day.

-  Ensures all Receptionist staff strictly follow discount, void, payment policies and procedures

-  Conducts weekly meeting with Receptionist staff and reports to Golf Manager.

-  Performs related duties, as assigned or as necessary.

-  Implement effective tee time management procedures to ensure the availability isoptimized

-  Consolidate detailed revenue and sales performance data on a monthly and annual basis submitting reports to the General Manager as required

-  Ensure all financial and human resource policies and procedures are implemented and followed by golf shop personnel

-  Represent the club at golf events, tournaments, exhibitions and meetings as required

-  Ensure all working areas are kept in a clean and tidy manner

-  A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a high volume retail outlet 1 of which as Manager

- Previous experience of working in a golf shop preferred.
