Mô tả công việc

- You will be responsible for greeting guests at the door, seat and present clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional and quick manner

- Manage reservations, provide accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists

- Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries

- Receive payments by validating credit charges, accepting currency

- Assist other positions in the restaurant, as needed, by setting and clearing tables, replenish water, serving beverages and so on

- Further details will be discussed during interview

- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress
