Mô tả công việc

• You will be responsible for greeting guests at the door, seat and present clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional and quick manner
• Manage reservations, provide accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists
• Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries
• Receive payments by validating credit charges, accepting currency
• Assist other positions in the restaurant, as needed, by setting and clearing tables, replenish water, serving beverages and so on
• Further details will be discussed during interview

Yêu cầu công việc

• Relevant experience or qualifications are an advantage
• Basic English communication skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Energetic and sociable
• Hardworking, eager to learn, and a good team player
• Willing to work in shifts
• Able to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays
