Mô tả công việc

Basic Functions:
Responsible for the development and performance of the Domestic Leisure Markets, more specifically the South and Central Vietnam Markets, the Sales Manager will establish a portfolio of Travel Agencies and partnerships that will make regular use of our facilities, meeting and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
For Novotel Ha Long Bay:
1. Contribute to the increase of domestic Southern and Central Vietnamese leisure accounts with the goal of bringing guests to stay at Novotel at the higest rate possible pending seasonality and under the guidance of the Cluster DOS.
2. Establish clear sales targets in conjunction with the Cluster DOS and the Novotel ADOS and work together to yield the best possible revenue between leisure accounts and MICE groups given limited space.
3. Determine and follow the Cluster DOS’ ADR strategy for Novotel in 2018 observing a high-yield strategy.
For Duong Chan Tam Yen Tu MGallery by Sofitel:
1. Develop a portfolio of domsetic Travel Agencies focusing primarily in the South and Central Vietnam high-spending markets in order to position and sale MGallery stays as a unique destination with an average length of stay of minimum 2-3 days.
2. Assist the Cluster DOS in positioning this property as a high-end and unique product in all sales channels, not only portraying it as an MGallery but as a one of a kind destination for wellness and cultural/historical discovery of Vietnamese values for the domestic visitors and pilgrims looking to experience their own culture.
3. Implement all of Accor’s MGallery By Sofitel sales standards, processes, procedures, reporting, yearly calendar of sales events, etc.
4. Plan, along with the Cluster DOS, a yearly calendar of sales activities, focusing on the domestic leisure markets while observing seasonality in the various regions to maximize bookings at best times possible during the year. 
For Yen Tu Hostel
1. Execute the sales plan to position the Hostel as a cost-effective yet comfortable place to stay as directed by the Cluster DOS positioning it within the HCMC domestic-market-oriented travel agencies focusing on adventure, youngsters, Buddhist and otherwise pilgrimage markets, managing and developing bookings from these sources and increasing the portfolio of agencies gradually.
2. Ensure with the marketing team that the positioning of the Hostel to the International market does not appear as a “cheap” stay but rather a cost-effective solution to an otherwise high-end Vietnamese experience in Yen Tu. 
For the Hanh Huong Yen Tu Village and all business units together
1. Execute, along with relevant teams and the sales managers and under the guidance of the Cluster DOS, a plan for the maximization of use of facilities (Museums, restaurants, cable car) by maximising exposure to Vietnamese travellers of the Village Activity Calendar and other programs developed by the various teams. 
2. Plan and lead FAM trips with Domestic Leisure accounts in the Village and all its facilities. 
3. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on all sales performance for all the above-mentioned units, including:
- Total number of calls with details  
- Past month activities           
- Accounts production against budget and goals     
- Major business leads for that month and for the future      
- Entertainment report       
- Top production accounts

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field
2. At least 2 years of experience in a hotel sales role
3. Own network of corporate and MICE-agency contacts highly preferred
4. Strong and very positive inter-personal and leadership skills
5. Track record of team work excellence 
6. Track record of sales performance by meeting and exceeding targets
7. Must be creative, outgoing and presentable
8. Must come from the hotel industry, preferably from global brands
