Mô tả công việc

POSITION PURPOSEThe Marketing Officer oversees the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organisations marketing message.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure all visiual and written communication (internal, external, offline, online), guest supplies and printings are fully aligned with the hotel positioning and brand.

2. Proofreading all marketing materials

3. Assist in the implementation of marketing programs through magazine advertising, direct mail, trade shows, sales manuals, website, marketing emails.

4. Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc)

5. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.

6. Assist in the management and update of website

7. Assist in the management and update of social media, digital marketing

8. Maintain advertising files – correspondences, press releases, magazine advertising, etc.

9. Other missions as per instructed by managers

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Strong communication skills

2. Diploma/ bachelor in Marketing or Hospitality business

3. Presentable looking

4. Have at least three years working in hotel industries.

5. Preferably ability to use the following software: PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
