Mô tả công việc

o   Organise, Manage, Supervise and Control all CATERING-related activities
o   Monitor the perfect operation and condition of all the facilities under his or her competence
o   Person responsible for the organisation of personnel under his/her control for the purposes of running the park’s catering.
o   Establish personnel needs and set work days and shifts
o   Dismiss personnel in his/her department during the trial period and initiate award and sanction proceedings which will be resolved by the human resources department.
o   Approve supplier invoices as well as supervising delivery notes.
o   Develop Points of Sale in relation to product and operations.
o   Propose the development of new products to the Gastronomy Coordinator (Head Office), as well as developing the pricing policy for all products and services in his/her area
o   Provide the SALES dept with EVENTS menus, logistics and operations.
o   Prepare a report in relation to everything pertaining to GASTRONOMY
o   Prepare the necessary DOCUMENTATION for processing requests and authorisations before public administration entities for the purposes of exercising the assigned activities in his/her area.
o   Collaborate with Management in situations of emergency (public order, serious accidents) or other situations which involve a change in OPERATIONS (opening hours, closures, etc).

  3 years experience in the same position in feld: Hospitality, F&B. Good English skills. Ability in managing staff, work with group, communication skills, solving problem skills. decision making.
