Overview of duties
 To ensure a high awareness of the hotel's activities in the public's mind.
 To promote a positive image of the hotel community and abroad.
 To promote the image of the hotel in order to create opportunities that will contribute to the profitability of the hotel.
 Maintain good relationships and attentive service to existing productive accounts.
 To collect market information of opponents.
 To write weekly and monthly sales report on available and potential client sources, feedback from guests, situation of contract implementation, revenues, visits and treat for guests.
 Able to work in a dynamic environment and an energetic team.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Certificate in Hotel Management preferred.
- Significant experience in a customer-service position, 1-2 year experience on the same position.
- Excellent skills In Customer Service and Public Relations.
- Understanding hospitality marketing.
- IT skills: good in Microsoft office.
- English: good writing and communication skills.
