Mô tả công việc

• To greet guests on arrival at the hotel and conduct/ observe check-in and registration procedures.
• Ensures rooms are checked prior to guests’ check-in to ensure they are clean, properly equipped and in a high standard of maintenance.
• To implement and maintain guest recognition program.
• To handle guest complaints, inquiries, and comments, log them and initiate appropriate action and follow up.
• To maintain an up to date files and information on tours, sightseeing and points of general interest and make the necessary bookings when requested.
• To conduct inspections of the public areas of the main lobby ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance and initiating appropriate action where necessary.
• To conduct hotel site inspections when directed.
• To up-sell all hotel, spa and other facilities.
• To entertain guests as and when appropriate.
• To assist the cashiers with guest billing procedures.
• To ensure that guest check-out arrangements are in order, and to bid the guests farewell.
• To carry out administrative requirements as directed.
• To assist in the selection, training and evaluation of Receptionist
• To coach, counsel, discipline and develop Receptionist.
• Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.

• Performs additional duties as directed by AFOM/ FOM

Yêu cầu công việc

- There are at least 2 experience years in a similar position.
- Strong teamwork and able to work with various departments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Good performance management skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Preferably with Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
- Good English and Vietnamese languages.

- Self-motivated, committed individual who is responsible for adhering to and being accountable to the service standards.
