Mô tả công việc

- Reporting to General Manager, this position will be responsible for managing the hotel’s reactive, proactive, sales and marketing.

- Providing day to day leadership to sales, revenue and marketing team members to achieve hotel revenue objectives with overall responsibility for achieving booking goals and hotel revenues.

- Implementing the hotel brand strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales and marketing process and focuses on building long – term, valued – based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotels’ top line revenue objectives.

-  Developing relationships with new marketing and distribution partners and platforms and strengthening current relationships. Managing digital contents for hotel and the marketing budget to enable development of hotel specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet hotel objectives.

- Local contract, Vietnamese only

- Proof of previous sales success in Vietnam &  Asia.

- Excellent business acumen with marketing experience.

- Previous experience in residential properties considered an advantage.

- Strong motivational, innovative and interpersonal skills.

- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower team members to achieve objectives with a team approach.

- Financial management and strategic planning skills.

- Excellent English is a must
