Thông tin cơ bản

Mô tả công việc

1. Plan, Coordinate and supervise the operation of the Housekeeping Department
2. Establish training program (OJT)
3. Establish standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff. 
4. Handle stock-checking of housekeeping supplies and items, open PR to order items.
5. Prepare annual housekeeping furniture, fitting and equipment and operation equipment budget.
6. Coordiante with Sales department on guest check-in and check-out.
7. Attend to guest complaints and requests
8. Work with Engineering Dept to ensure smooth flow of repair works.
9. Oversee landscape, pest control, cleaning and laundry contractors
10. Attends staff meetings to discuss company policies and patrons' complaints. 
11. Assist in Housekeeping audit and annual budgeting 
12. Screens job applicants, hires new employees, and recommends promotions, transfers, and dismissals. 
13. Assumes other duties or responsibility assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University/College graduate
- 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager at 3 or 4 star hotel or Assistant Manager at 5 star hotel. 
- Excellent verbal and written English;. Systematic, Independent and Responsible, Effective Communicator.
