  1. Assigning task to staff
  2. Coordination and support customer service
  1. Handling guest complain
  1. Training

Other Duties 

  • Implement marketing programs, coordinate with relevant department to serve customer
  • Join all training course by hotel organization or affiliated organization
  • Guide staff in compliance with the rules on security, fire prevention
  • Asset management, equipment, tools, instrument for the process to work (Cleaning, preserving the prescribed place, periodic maintenance…)
  • Proposed good performance record of positive personnel
  • Reviews, and report the results of personnel working for manager
  • Briefing before operation
  • Develop a good relationship with all staff and teamwork with other department
  • Making the report prescribed or sudden requirement from manager
  • Perform other duties as assign

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experienced in the same position in the restaurant sector 3* or more
- College or Bachelor degree of Hospitality or related degrees.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Good Working Knowledge of Hotel Classification Requirements.
- Good-looking in appearance, well organized, multi-task, good problem solving skill, negotiation skill and detail-oriented.
