Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
Handle all guests and internal customers complaints and inquiry in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain positive with guests and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Be a hands-on supervisor and be present at all times in the Outlet.

- Experienced in the same position in the restaurant sector 4* or more

- College or Bachelor degree of Hospitality or related degrees.

- Excellent communication in English.

- Good Working Knowledge of Hotel Classification Requirements.

- Good-looking in appearance, well organized, multi-task, good problem solving skill, negotiation skill and detail-oriented.
