Graphic Designer is mainly in charge of the club's visual presentations, marketing materials as well as banquets/events support.

Nhân viên thiết kế đồ họa chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế các sản phẩm mỹ thuật, tài liệu phục vụ cho hoạt động truyền thông của công ty và quảng bá cho các sự kiện.

Graphic Designer reports to Sales & Marketing Manager.

Nhân viên thiết kế đồ họa báo cáo trực tiếp cho Trưởng bộ phận Kinh doanh & Marketing.

Major Duties/Nhiệm vụ chính:

1. Review, create and coordinate the production of marketing materials to support sales, (leaflets, brochure, posters, flyers, newsletter), on-site marketing items (in-house signages, billboards and booth at airport), banquet/event marketing items (backdrop, standee, invitations, souvenirs…);

Thiết kế, giám sát việc in ấn các tài liệu truyền thông phục vụ cho công việc kinh doanh (tờ rơi, brochure, poster, flyer, newsletter), các sản phẩm quảng cáo nơi công cộng (bảng quảng cáo, gian triển lãm tại sân bay), các vật phẩm phục vụ cho các sự kiện (backdrop, standee, giấy mời, quà lưu niệm…)

2. Create and develop publications on digital marketing (website, facebook, youtube…) including banner flash, popup, email template, website/applications interface, clip;

Thiết kế và phát triển các ấn phẩm quảng cáo trên kênh digital marketing (website, facebook, youtube…) như banner flash, popup, email template, giao diện website/ứng dụng, clip;

3. Liaise with IT department to ensure MLV website up to date and in line with current trend;

Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận IT để đảm bảo website của MLV được cập nhật thường xuyên và phù hợp với xu hướng;

4. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing executives to launch marketing campaigns in consistence with Deparment’s business strategy;

Phối hợp với các nhân viên phòng sales marketing thực hiện các chiến dịch truyền thông phục vụ chiến lược kinh doanh của phòng

5. Other tasks assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- Being creative, initiative, dynamic, enjoying working with people, having passion in marketing/Graphic designing & “can do” attitude.

- Study major in Graphic Design or related fields;

Được đào tạo chuyên ngành thiết kế đồ họa hoặc các chuyên ngành khác có liên quan;

- Good knowledge of web programming language;

Có kiến thức về ngôn ngữ lập trình Web;

- Have knowledge of web development and marketing is an advantage;

Có kiến thức về phát triển web và marketing là lợi thế;

- Excellent skills in operating a personal computer & various design software packages with customer focus.

Kĩ năng sử dụng vi tính và các phần mềm thiết kế định hướng khách hàng thành thạo.

- Good organizational, time management & problem solving skills

Có kĩ năng tổ chức, quản lý thời gian và giải quyêt vấn đề.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Kĩ năng giao tiếp tốt.
