Mô tả công việc

  • Receive Purchase Requisition from Requestors/ Requested Departments
  • Find suppliers & look for the best combination of quality, price, payment terms and delivery speed. Then negotiate contracts’ terms & conditions with suppliers
  • Prepare, update POs in the sysem then monitor deliveries to ensure compliance with the contracts and the status of POs completion
  • Maintenance supplier list and annual performance
  • Work with forwarders for shipment arrangement EGMs, equipments into Vietnam in the schduled time and under the proposed budget.
  • Prepare application dossier which shall be submitted to relevant authority for import permit issuance
  • Customs declaration experience is preferred.      
  • Other jobs assigned by Purchaser Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Pleasant personality
  • 1-2 working experiences in the same position
  • Language: English (communication & writing).
  • ERP using experience is preferred
  • Self-confidence and interpersonal skills are necessary to negotiate the best contracts with suppliers
  • Backgound: (junior) college, vocational school.
