Mô tả công việc

1. Set up policies and procedures on security and safety measures.
2. Maintain security in good condition in the hotel as well as in the staff house.
3. Manage outsourced security to maintain smooth operations.
4. Keep a security logbook of daily activities.
5. Record all reports of incidents and comments made by customers, internal or external.
6. Conduct daily checks and control the operation of the camera system.
7. Set up policies and procedures on fire evacuation and prevention.
8. Keep an inventory of security and safety equipment.
9. Set up perimeter patrol routines.
10. Set up clocking points and check clock logs daily.
11. Set up proper signs and information on the fire escape plan.
12. Train and discipline staff accordingly.
13. Liaise with police, fire, and relevant government authorities on requirements and the law.
14. Handle all investigations, complaints, and inquiries related to security and safety.
15. Ensure the security of the lobby area and exit points.
16. Organize fire drills periodically.
17. Ensure the security of the car park and motor park areas.
18. Properly control keys of the premises.
19. Conduct spot checks on staff.
20. Inspect and update fire extinguishers and other security equipment.
21. Perform any other duties as required by the Management Board.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 3 years of experience in the same position in high-rise buildings; experience in hospitality is an advantage.
• Graduated from a security vocational school.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good health, high sense of responsibility, strong problem-solving skills, and good training skills.
• Willing to work long-term with Sol by Meliá Phu Quoc as well as Meliá Hotels International.
