Mô tả công việc

1. Set up policies and procedures on security and safety measures
2. Maintain the security in good condition in the hotel as well as in the staff house
3. Manage the security outsource to maintain the smooth operation.
2. Keep a security logbook of daily activities
3. Record all reports of incidents and comments made by customers, internal or external
5. Daily check and control the operation of the camera system
4. Set up policies and procedures on fire evacuation and prevention
5. Keep and inventory of security and safety equipment
6. Set up perimeter patrol routines
7. Set up clocking points and to check clock logs daily
8. Set up proper signs and information on fire escape plan
9. Train and discipline staff accordingly
10. Liaise with police, fire and relevant government authorities on requirements and the law
11. Handle all investigations, complaints, inquiries related to security and safety
12. Ensure the security of the lobby area and exit points
13. Organize fire drills periodically
14. Ensure the security of car park, motor park areas
15. Properly control keys of the premises.
16. Conduct spot checks on staff
17. Inspect/ update fire extinguishers and other security equipment
18. Perform any other duties as required by the Management Board.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 02 year experiences of the same position in the high building and experiences in hospitality is an advance
- Graduated in the Security Vocational school
- Good English communication
- Good health, high responsibility, speedy solving problem, good training skill.
- Willing to work long services with Sol Beach House Phu quoc as well as Melia Hotels International Company
