Mô tả công việc

• Assume and execute assignments assigned by the Club Manager, be it operational or administrative in nature.
• Work on shift basis to ensure efficient gaming club daily operation. 
• Ensuring the highest guest service and satisfaction during the shift.
• Ensure all the EGM machines are in proper and functional conditions.
• Assign, monitor, and handle staff work performance at predetermined stations.
• Ensure proper and accurate execution of Club promotions.
• Monitor, assess, and intervene gaming floor activities (customers and staff) and promptly report to the Club Manager when necessary.
• Offer assistance and advice to players on machine playing functions and credit buy-in / payout procedures.

• Gender: Male/Female. Age: 26-40
• EXPERIENCES IN E-GAMING CLUB / CASINO
• Pleasant personality; good-looking; leadership
• To have very good customer service orientation
• Be good in communication and interpersonal
• Language: English (communication & writing). In addition, knowing another language (Madarin/Cantonese/Korean) is an advantage.
