Mô tả công việc

• Actively participate in and contribute to achieving the Company’s goals and objectives for the successful expansion of its brands.
• Manpower Planning and Control.
• Forecast future manpower deficits and surpluses and recommend strategic plans for maintaining optimal hosting level to cope with operation needs.
• Devise succession planning for the Resort for future development and expansion.
• Conduct and re-design job to ensure efficient utilization of manpower.
• Recruitment

• Review and develop a comprehensive remuneration package including bonus, medical coverage, retirement benefits, and host facilities to ensure that it is competitive enough to retain / attract existing host / applications.
• Employment Relations / Communications

Yêu cầu công việc

· Minimum 4 years working experience in same position

· Essential experience working Tourism industry

· Participate professional training courses

· Good written and spoken English

· Good communication skills

· Good problem solving, skills

· Good operating and managing skills

· Flexibility to work overtime

· Ability to work under pressure

· Strong work ethic

· Must be able to follow standard filing procedures

· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

· Able to work morning, evening, weekend, holiday, and overnight shifts.
