Mô tả công việc

• Assess training needs and follow up on Training Plan & Budget.
• Design, organize, or source training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Select and deliver appropriate training methods (classroom, on-the-job, mentoring, virtual training, professional development, etc)
• Facilitate training sessions using effective techniques and tools.
• Develop and apply assessment tools; track, evaluate, and report training outcomes.
• Provide feedback to participants and management; recommend improvements to training materials and methodology.
• Maintain training records and manage training logistics (venues, equipment, schedules).
• Build and maintain relationships with external training providers.
• Coordinate off-site training and internal staff engagement events with HR officers.
• Prepare monthly training reports and plans.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Male/Female, with a professional and pleasant appearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Human Resources, Tourism, Economics, Business,... or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, with strong skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and time management skills.
• Previous experience in training, development, or similar roles is an advantage.
