Mô tả công việc

•  Welcomes customer, receive comments from customer; answer all customers’ questions concerning our service and further information.
• Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems.
• Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel.
• Be responsible for facilitating efficient communications for both guests and staff within the hotel and for external communications.
• Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.
• Analyses and approves discounts and rebates.
• Supports and assists departments at peak periods, especial Front Office.
• Communicates with the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations.
• Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.
• Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required.
• Takes care of the specific exchange rate.

• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) and Japanese / Russian / Chinese, etc .. is preferable
