We're seeking an outgoing, professional Sommelier to join The Deck, one of Vietnam's finest event venues. You'll serve high-profile guests in a dynamic, high-standard environment. The Role:
- Wine Program Management: Oversee ordering, inventory, and revenue goals for our wine program.
- Expert Service: Provide exceptional wine recommendations and service to guests.
- Team Training: Develop and deliver wine knowledge training for our team.
- Event Promotion: Organize and promote wine tastings and events.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on wine trends and maintain service standards.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong leadership and proven hospitality training skills
- A solid history and experience of food and beverage pairings
- Strong understanding of pricing, budgets and cost controls
- Operation and programming knowledge of a point of sales recipe function
