Mô tả công việc

The FBS captain is in charge of a group of servers, handles daily team member relations in a shift, supervises them working at assigned work areas, checks working tools, table set-ups as per the restaurant standard; and directly serves guests when necessary.

The incumbent is responsible to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served; establishes rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure satisfaction of every individual guest.

Tổ phó nhà hàng phụ trách quản lý một nhóm nhân viên phục vụ trong ca làm việc, có nhiệm vụ giám sát nhân viên phục vụ tại khu vực được phân công; kiểm tra các công cụ dụng cụ, cách set up bày bàn theo quy định, tiêu chuẩn của nhà hàng; đồng thời tham gia trực tiếp vào hoạt động phục vụ khách hàng khi cần.

Vị trí này cũng có trách nhiệm thúc đẩy và đảm bảo sự hài lòng của Khách, duy trì môi trường làm việc an toàn và vệ sinh cũng như đảm bảo chỉ phục vụ các sản phẩm có chất lượng cao nhất; Tạo dựng mối quan hệ tốt với Khách để xây dựng lòng tin của Khách đồng thời thu thập thông tin phản hồi mang tính xây dựng để đảm bảo sự hài lòng của từng Khách.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Active; Dynamic; Confident; Good communication skill & Good grooming.

Năng động; Hoạt bát, Tự tin, Khả năng giao tiếp tốt & Ngoại hình dễ nhìn

- Good supervisory skill & organization skill.

Kỹ năng giám sát và tổ chức tốt

- Good knowledge about professional Customer Service & F&B service.

Hiểu biết về tiêu chuẩn phục vụ khách hàng và kỹ năng phục vụ nhà hàng chuyên nghiệp

- At least 1 year working experiences in F&B Services

Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở nhà hàng.

- Priority is Graduating from Colleges/Vocational School/University major in Food & Beverage Services, English, Tourism with good English communication in restaurant
Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp các Trường Cao Đẳng/trường Nghề chuyên ngành Nhà Hàng, Tiếng Anh, Du lịch,với khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
