Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Front Office Manager,
- Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival and register .
- Be efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay with any requirements, handling guest feedback, provide direction and give suggestions.

Working Places:
- Vinpearl Office in Hon Tre Island, Vinh Nguyen Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, Viet Nam and other places in Vietnam including: Ha Long, Ha Noi, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc… as required by the nature of work.
Time of work : 6 days/week, 8 hours/day. ( Work on shift)

Accommodation Availability:
- The Employer will provide the Employee free accommodation at the Sunflower Lodge.( Maybe share room with another staff or not). The Employee will be served meals & free laundry according to the Company policy.
Annual Leave: 12 days/ year (for every full working calendar year. Annual leave shall be calculated on a pro rata basis in proportion to the number of actual working months)

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years Hotel Front Office experience
- Male/female, age from 20 – 30 years old
- College Degree
- Knowledge of Opera would be of advantage
- Read, write, speak Korean/ Russian & English fluently
- Good guest interaction skills
- Good listening skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

All relating documents have to submit:

· Justice Record (issued by the Employee’s Government and endorsed by the Embassy and the External Relation Office of Viet Nam).

· Original Education Certificates. If these certificates are not available, the Employee can submit Reference Letters certified by the previous Companies for which the Employee has worked for at least 5 years (These documents must be endorsed by the Embassy and the External Relation Office of Viet Nam).

· 06 passport photos (size 3x4).

· 02 certificated photocopies of passports with valid visa.
