Mô tả công việc

-          Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube...) for the company

-          Execute daily tasks of social media strategy including publishing content, performing enhancements and modifications’ coordinating prompt responses to questions and comments over social media platforms.

-          Develop marketing plans/ campaigns on social media channels and follow up checklist, timeline.

-          Allocate and ultilize budget for social media campaigns.

-          Work with designer or relevant departments to optimize content for social media campaign.

-          Strategically monitor &  report on relevant social media.

-          Suggest, negotiate and manage 3rd parties such as influencers, media partners…

-          Provide data and information to assist the Group Marcom Manager in making proposal.

-          Update trends of the social networking site.

-          Monitors activities of competitor hotels and trends within the industry.

Yêu cầu công việc

-          Bachelor degree in PR, Marketing, Journalism or any related field.

-          At least 2 years’ experience at equivalent positions. Priority is given to candidates who have background in Hospitality field.

-          A comprehensive knowledge of PR & social media.

-          Good communication and writing skills.

-          Strong creative, strategic, analytical and organizational skills.

-          Proficiency in both oral & written English.

-          Able to work under high pressure.
