Mô tả công việc

• Coordination/facilitation of internal and external training for all departments.
• Control the attendance of languages classes within the resort.
• Coordinates with the departmental trainers and assists if necessary in the on-the-job training of staff as well as group departmental training;
• Ensures that departmental trainers concerned use the operational manual in carrying out their training; reports any training system deviation/problems to the Human Resources Manager;
• Publish a monthly training calendar to all departments.
• Record attendance at all training programs in the hotels and provide monthly reports on training attendance.
• Maintain and improve the luxury service levels of the resort through skills training and product knowledge initiatives to support the hotel operation.
• Set training and development objectives based on a Training Needs Analysis for all departments.
• Publish and implement an annual strategic hotel training plan based on departmental needs and objectives.
• Other tasks assigned by HRM.
