Mô tả công việc

1. Responsible for the overall as mentioned on basic function responsibility & Entertainment plan, try to achieve the budget and control expenses for maximizing departmental profit, maintain excellence of the standards of service, beverages quality and presentation, through enforcing systems, methods, courtesy and constant training of the bar staff for a better efficiency.

2. To perform any other duties, set by hotel policies, management or his/her direct supervisor, which are not included here above.

3. Responsible for training the staff of the hotel who has duty dealing with beverage and the employees under your direct supervision concerning with the job knowledge and customer entertainment in bar counter.

4. Responsible to the Management of the hotel for the overall activities as mentioned on basic function responsibility, namely the standards of service, quality and presentation leading towards guest’s satisfaction. Schedule the staff, train them and ensure a consistency among the staff proper scheduling, training and efficiency of the staff under his direction, for maximizing the sales volume while minimizing cost, expenses and payroll, thus achieving a satisfactory Department profit.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor Degree in related field.

2. Minimum 2 years in similar position in International hotels.

3. Strong administrative skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Detailed knowledge of working practices of Bar & Entertainment.

5. Computer literate.

6. Good health, mature and pleasant personality and neat appearance.

7. Able to cope with pressure.

8. Fluency English language skills.
