Mô tả công việc

- The primary role of the Assistant Human Resources Manager will specifically focus on various human resources functions including but not limited to Recruitment and Selection, Remuneration, Administration and Reward & Recognition. However, it is a requirement of this role to also assist the training and development discipline of the property.

- To assume responsibility of the department in the absence of the Human Resources Manager. Efficiency, urgency, confidentiality and initiative will be essential characteristics of this role. The Assistant Human Resources Manager will be required to conduct his/her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

- At least 02 year of related work experience;

- Fluent English, strong communication skill and problem solving skill;
- Hospitality background and service mind;

- Work well under high pressure;
- Can start as soon as possible
