Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Develop service procedures, policies and standards
Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Develops and implement procedures for proper handling in and out going telephone calls, facsimile transmission, rental equipment, lease telephone lines and other telecommunication services
Develops working plans to carry out goals, compares actual achievements against goal periodically, take necessary corrective actions
Establishes and maintains effective employee relations report directly to Front Office Manager
Manages and monitors the operation of all equipment’s, software, hardware and endure all units are working and installed properly
Greet the guest as they arrive, checks them in the hotels;
Foresee and respond to the needs of the guest at the same time hear and resolve their complaints.
Gives guest the best customer service during their stay to achieve Ranking of Trip Advisor
Assist the guest in activities like making reservation, setting up travel and tours and booking airline tickets.
Aside from making sure the guest satisfaction they are also in charge in reconstructing a store’s sales and competence. They analyze feedback from customers.
Accountable for guiding a group of employees to enhance the eminence, the loyalty of customers, production and overall operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least College degree in Hospitality Education.
- At least 5 year experience in Tourism/Hotel field.
- Fluent in speaking and writing English
- Good looking.
- Communication skills and strong relationship
- Negotiation skills and managerial skills
