Mô tả công việc

1. Manages (plans, directs, supervises, evaluates, rewards, and disciplines) all tasks performed by laundry personnel.
2. Organizes and develops efficient work schedules while maintaining a clean and efficient workplace.
3. Trains laundry associates in all areas of linen care and quality of the finished product.
4. Monitors progress of daily tasks and fosters a feeling of teamwork among staff.
5. Works closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and drivers to ensure needs are being met.
6. Retains proper controls on inventory of linen and supplies.
7. Ensures accuracy of hours worked in Time-Force, for payroll department.
8. Works within the budget allowances
9. Makes sure equipment is being maintained in proper operating order.
10. Follows all safety instruction
11. Performs the function of laundry associate or Driver, when necessary.
12. Enforces and follows all Company policies and regulations.
13. Assists in other departments or with other job duties as requested or necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Working knowledge of a commercial laundry operation with at least 2-3 years of management experience required.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Must be proficient in computer; ability to prepare and analyze data figures and transcriptions.
- Good interpersonal and English communication skills
- Experience working with multi-cultural teams.
