1. Vé tàu phà/máy bay nhận việc

2. Lương thử việc bằng 100% lương chính thức

3. Có thưởng hàng tháng, kể cả lúc thử việc

4. Có tới 13 ngày phép năm

5. Được tham gia bảo hiểm trên 100% lương cơ bản

6. Được tham gia bảo hiểm Suncare miễn phí

7. Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm, nhưng nếu không có kinh nghiệm sẽ được đào tạo

8. Ưu tiên biết tiếng Anh, nhưng nếu không biết sẽ được bố trí công việc phù hợp

9. Có vé tàu về thăm nhà

10. Có chỗ ở miễn phí, có giường tủ, chăn gối bàn ghế, máy lạnh, máy nước nóng,... đầy đủ

11. Có nhà ăn 3 bữa miễn phí

12. Có xe đưa đón đi làm miễn phí

13. Có nhà giặt miễn phí và đồng phục miễn phí
