Mô tả công việc

Responsible for leasing luxurious apartments in Ho Chi Minh City to foreign customers.

Ensure perfect Real Estate knowledge being provided professionally and accurately to customers
Searching for new enquiry sources to enrich the leasing options and generate new customers
Fully understand customers’ demands and situations then provide suitable options for them
Negotiate on the leasing price, terms and conditions. Ensure approval being sought from the senior management
Take care of the entire leasing process from enquiry to executing leasing contract with customers
Respond to enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face meetings.
Ensure the urgency in responding to enquiries.
Obtain customers’ and landlords’ feedbacks and offer constructive suggestions for improvement
Maintain good relationship with customers, landlords and agents
Identify market needs and trends (Customers, competitors, trend) and provide feedbacks to direct supervisor.
Appear well groomed, smart and presentable
