Mô tả công việc

- To take orders from various outlets like TS, WPH, & SH, then consolidate all the orders and send it to our approved suppliers w/PO.

- To update our Procure.net system with new pricing when arise, so that our cost will be up to date without any issue when calculating our food cost.

- Liaise with suppliers on orders so that products/items are meeting our company standard/specifications before delivery to our company outlets.

- To work with our team receivers on rejected items so that suppliers are informed in time and properly so they can revise their invoice(s) with correct pricing on goods received.

- To generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on short items, items which will need to be followed up with suppliers to ensure our outlets are serviced properly
