Overall Scope and Responsibility
 Performs routine duties in the servicing of guest public pool
 Keep cleans & neat the pool storage
 Depending on the size of the operation they could also clean other areas of the hotel
Job Responsibilities
 Prepare mineral water, pool towels for the guest wishes come to the public pool
 Prepare sun lounges, pool towel and stand by in the public pool
 There must be always one pool attendant at the main swimming pool throughout the day from 10.00 hrs
onwards
 No pool attendant is allowed to sit inside at Pool Club restaurant reading a newspaper or talking to a friend
 All pool attendants are to be ready to assist with taking drinks and food orders as required
 If a pool attendant is not able to take an order they are to excuse themselves from the guest and find a
waiter/waitress to take the order
 Check reservation list for playing tennis at the front desk
 Pool attendant are responsible for the cleanliness of entire main pool area, and pool club restroom
 Inform Engineering in case any problem with the pool water pump

General Operational Duties
 All of occupied room will be made up before lunchtime daily
 All of expected arrival would be prepared / be made up as soon as require on depends time arrival
 To ensure whether timing in convenient and conform to the guest
 Assume any duties assigned by Pool & Tennis Supervisor
 Has a full knowledge on emergency procedure
 Adhere to the hotel policy & procedure
 To ensure guest name will be used at all times during all interactions in person or on the telephone
 Reports lost & found items to, supervisor, F&B manager
 Reports special guest requested to F&B supervisor and manager
 Assume any other duties as assigned by F&B manager

- Good healthy, neat appearance, good communication skills.
- Minimun 1-2 years experience.
