Control and maintain costs and expenses in line with budget

To make recommendations for purchasing of the good and services balancing price and quality

Gather guest's feedback and recommend improvement to our menus.

Research new wholesale food supplier and negotiate prices.

Overseeing retaurant staff permance, ensuring quality services.
