Mô tả công việc

Checks daily arrival lists and welcomes customers to the hotel
Process check-in, check-out and other guest requests promptly

Responds to guests requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings
Arranges for special services requested by guests
Maximises customer satisfaction and utilisation of hotel facilities by promoting hotel restaurants and other services to customers
Keeps up-to-date on all local events, sights, restaurants, activities, etc, in order to provide customers with necessary information and assistance
Keeps fully aware on hotel’s room availability, conference and banqueting events, and other events in the hotel
Is fully aware and adheres to Park Plaza Hotel service concepts and policies and procedures
Prepares night audit reports as requested
Keeps effective key control
Handles incoming guest room reservations
Utilises yield management to maximise room revenue, and to fill the hotel to maximum occupancy
Completes shift closing accurately by getting appropriate approval signatures and authorisation codes
Communicates effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors
Demonstrates teamwork by co-operating and assisting colleagues as needed
Ensures that guest mail and messages are delivered promptly
