Mô tả công việc

- Welcome guest to the retail/shop and explain and upsell the resort's offerings

- Accurately operate cash register including all cash and credit transactions

- Assist for any other recreationsal activities where is needed

- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing speedy service, excellent customer service and being attentive to guest needs

- Ensure inventory levels are adequate and stock merchandise as needs

- Assist the supervisor/ manager with special projects, events, special classes and parties planning for the recreational program of the guests

- Protects company assets

- Oversee the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of retail/shop area

- Adhere to company and compliance policies

- Provide excellent customer service 

- Follow company policies and procedures

- Attend scheduled departmental trainings

- Ensure the uniform and the personal appearance is clean and professional

- Anticipate and address guest's service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies 

- Other duties as assigned by the management
