Location: Opera Restaurant – Park Hyatt Saigon 

• To support the Outlet Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining service excellence, guest satisfaction, and team coordination in alignment with the brand standards and profitability goals.

Guest Service and Communication:

• Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, ensuring follow-up and resolution to the guest's satisfaction.
• Maintain positive interactions with guests and colleagues, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Establish rapport with guests and ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered.

Operations and Revenue:

• Assist the Outlet Manager in aligning the restaurant’s operations with the brand’s standards and profitability targets.
• Support in achieving the outlet’s monthly and yearly revenue goals, as well as personal sales targets.
• Lead daily operations when the Assistant Outlet Manager is absent, including conducting pre-shift briefings on preparation, service, and menu details.

Product Knowledge and Upselling:

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage items offered in the menu.
• Confidently recommend suitable pairings and upsell alternatives to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.

Inventory and Asset Management:

• Assist in the inventory control and maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets within the restaurant.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks on all operating supplies and equipment to ensure accountability and upkeep.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Ideally holds a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in 5-star hotel operations.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English with outstanding verbal communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader, preferably in an Italian restaurant.
