Mô tả công việc

1. Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel sales team

2. Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner

3. Work closely with the S&M team based in Hanoi and Saigon Sales office

4. Co-ordinate all familiarizations and site inspections as required

5. Attend monthly sales meetings

6. Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence data base

7. Assist with direct mail campaigns

8. Statistical collation on behalf of state (weekly)

9. Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)

10. Maintenance and management of data base

11. Assist with promotions and familiarizations where requested

12. Organize Trade shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors

13. Assist with compilation of annual budgets, business plan and regular action plans

14. Assist with tender submissions

15. Work with other IHG properties and assist superiors including regional sales personnel to sell their properties

16. Liaison with advertising agency

17. Stock control of collateral

18. Maintain and update promotional flyers

19. Maintain stock of printed material

20. Co-ordinate and maintain supply of corporate gifts and promotional items

21. Assist with the preparation of new products and services

22. Assist with the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans for the hotel

23. Distributes sales leads

24. Work in line with business needs

25. Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Good writing, negotiating and problem-solving skills. Must be efficient and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
