Mô tả công việc

- Support internal events for hotel associates.

- Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of training sessions.

- Maintain discipline and decorum in the classroom.

- Maintain attendance records for each participating employee.

- Assist to call attendance for training sessions and push employees to complete the required trainings.

- Order and manage inventory of training materials and supplies. Prepare for training classes (e.g., materials, setup classes, breakdown classes).

- Assist a presentation event including management, course graduation certificates, etc.

- Facilitate English as a Second Language (ESL) program, which is designed to create a classroom environment and opportunities for individual tutoring.

- Seek out employee participants and market the opportunities to learn to always keep a full schedule of either English classes or tutoring sessions.

- Assist with design and development of training programs. Develop training aids and multi-media tools to present training material.

- Conduct stand-up English training to groups of employees.

- Support employees in gaining both basic language skills and also work-specific vocabulary.

- Serve as both teacher and mentor the employees who would benefit from life assistance.

- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns. 

- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.

- Ensure uniform and personal appearance clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

- Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.

REQUIREMENT:
- At least 01 year experience at Training section.
- Excellent English | Good communication | Interpersonal skills.
- Hotel background & Customer service is preferred.
- Can start as soon as possible.
