POSITION TITLE: Marketing Manager(Senior Management Level)
REPORTS TO: General Manager
POSITION SUMMERY:
As a Marketing manager you are responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the concept. Also develops strategic action plans for concept to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.
Identify areas of opportunity in performance and recommend tools and sales training to optimize performance of your team. Additionally work with individual concept teams to identify skill development areas and properly deploy sales and marketing resources.
Marketing Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Clear understanding of the Food & Beverage business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
2. Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
3. Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
4. Represent F&B in various events and exhibition.
5. Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
6. Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to concept by corporate clients.
7. Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.
8. Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
9. Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
10. Building brand awareness and positioning.
11. Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
12. Attending all department and concept meetings as necessary.
13. Targeting key accounts potential for the company.
14. Evaluating competitors.
15. Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
16. Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
17. Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
18. Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response time line to clients.
19. Communicating the marketing plan.
20. Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration,
• Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
• Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
• Understanding of public relations.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to change.
