Responsible for overseeing monetary compensation, employee benefits, performance-based rewards, and ensuring compliance with disciplinary regulations.

- Prepare information on "salary/position history" to support appraisals when there is a promotion or salary change. Contact employees for confirmation
- Prepare a warning report and handle disciplinary actions when an employee violates rules, and record in data base

- Setup HR software system - with HR team leader in coordination with HR software provider
- Supporting other tasks if required by HR Leader and Board of Management

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or as an HR Generalist, preferably within the F&B or Hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing payroll, designing benefit programs, and enforcing internal rules and disciplinary frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law, especially in areas of compensation, insurance, labor contracts, and disciplinary processes.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and improving HR-related procedures, including SOPs for C&B, probation evaluations, and misconduct handling.
- Competent in payroll operations, PIT (Personal Income Tax), social/health insurance, and labor cost tracking.
- Strong ability to handle labor violations, issue warning letters, and guide disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Skilled in preparing reports and presenting compliance issues or updates to management.
- Fluent in English (able to interpret legal documents, draft bilingual policies, and communicate with both local and international teams).
