Ensure the bar team deliver the best service, in terms of the quality of drinks and actual service to the customer;
Use every opportunity to promote revenue and profitability;
Listen to the guest complaints and provide responses in answer to their comments;
Recognize and address regular guests by name, keep track of guests in order to create guest loyalty;
Monitor standard recipes for all beverages;
Take orders promptly and professionally, advising customers in their choice of cocktails and drinks as necessary;
Manage and check all beverage stocks, food products for smooth operation;
Complete and check all cashing up procedures and any activity reports;
Ensure correct communication of information with the department in addition to co-ordination with the restaurant;
Participate in the preparation and implementation of training plans for the department for all new recruits and existing employees;
Follow up with each staff to ensure assigned dutied are carried out.
