Receptionist/ Nhân viên lễ tân

• Handle guest check-in, check-out, and cashiering duties efficiently.
• Prepare arrival lists, guest profiles, and pre-arrival arrangements.
• Welcome guests, complete registration, and issue room keys following standards.
• Ensure VIPs, members, and repeat guests receive personalized service and recognition.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain and update guest history and profiles in the system.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and inter-hotel sales to maximize revenue.
• Handle guest complaints, inquiries, calls, and messages professionally.
• Ensure guest privacy, confidentiality, and monitor in-house credit matters.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, grooming standards, and attend trainings as required.

• Good command of spoken and written English  
• Strong computer skills - Initiative, courteous, hard working and attentive to details 
• Working experience with Opera system is an advantage 
• Having experiences at the same position in hospitality is a plus
