Assistant Chief Engineer | Phó Quản lý Bộ phận Kỹ Thuật

• Complete any other duties assigned by the Director of Engineering.
• Manage and supervise the Engineering team, ensuring efficient daily operations and guest expectations are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of resort facilities and equipment and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage and operate engineering systems to respond to guest requests quickly and efficiently.
• Control and ensure sufficient spare parts are available when required.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the Resort’s technical systems and maintenance requirements, including elevators, water treatment, drainage and sewage, swimming pools, kitchen equipment, fire alarm systems, and telephone systems.
• Implement and follow up on preventive maintenance programs.
• Establish and control inventory management and stocktaking procedures.
• Monitor and control the Resort’s annual Repair & Maintenance (R&M) budget.
• Implement and follow up on energy conservation programs.
• Liaise with Purchasing and suppliers to ensure quality engineering supplies are provided at competitive prices.
• Monitor the quality of work performed by contractors to ensure compliance with agreed standards.
• Monitor compliance with safety and emergency procedures.
• Manage efficient administrative activities within the Engineering Department.
• Coach, counsel, discipline, and develop the Engineering team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• At least three years of progressive engineering experience in a hotel or resort; experience in an international hotel or resort is preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English with the ability to communicate clearly.
