GENERAL MISSION

Under general guidance of General Manager within limits established, within the resort’s policies oversees all aspects of guest services in regards arrangement of excursions and leisure activities in order to assist management in increasing the resort’s profitability and maximize guest satisfaction.

To assist guest and coordinate with all necessary departments to ensure that guest’s stay at the resort are comfortable and an experience to remember. To maintain a warm and friendly atmosphere for guest and staff alike.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Environment: Indoor, office environment. Standard resort business hours must be maintained. Working hours: 4 hours/day and 1 weekly day off.

Additional hours necessary to provide support for special functions that require the assistance of a Guest services Manager. Professional working environment.

WORK CHARACTERISTICS

Must have the ability to consider, evaluate and make sound business decisions regarding question as problem solving. Coordinate department’s activities to facilitate high level of inter- departmental communication & cooperation / guest satisfaction. Must be familiar with all resorts procedures, regulations.
